Ceramic Products
Due to fragile nature of ceramics, as a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
In case of any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 24 hours of order delivery with proper images of damaged box and damaged products and we will replace your order. Contact – care@ekmit.com
Before accepting the shipments from the delivery personnel, please check that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with.
International orders are not eligible for refund or replacements.
